The Kingsway is a contemporary Asian restaurant experience from Chef Ashwin Vilkhu, inspired by family dinners from his childhood home. Growing up, family meals reflected the rich culinary diversity of Asia's bold flavors, vibrant spices, and dishes that seamlessly blended traditions. Much like Singapore, where cultures and cuisines intertwine, The Kingsway celebrates this intersection of flavors, reimagining them with refined techniques and a contemporary sensibility.
